Jesus said: "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." — John 13:34-35

This tree is rooted in one of Jesus' most direct and defining commands. The decorating team drew from a rich tapestry of Scripture to bring this theme to life: Jesus calls His followers to a supernatural love that forgives (Matthew 6:14-15), a love extended toward not only neighbors but toward enemies (Luke 6:27-28), and a love that covers over a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8).

Christ calls His followers to a sacrificial love — the kind the apostle Paul described as the greatest of all gifts. This tree is a visual reminder that love is not merely a feeling but a command, a practice, and a witness to the world.
