The Scripture Behind the Tree
This tree honors the individuals Jesus chose to see — those whom society ignored, judged, or deemed unworthy:
- He saw the Little Children (Matthew 19:14)
- He saw the Immoral Woman (Luke 7:37-50)
- He saw the Paralytic (John 5:1-15)
- He saw even those who were simply struggling in the moment, like Peter (John 21:15-19)
These were the outcasts, the broken, the forgotten. Yet Jesus reached out to them with love, healing, and redemption.
Let this tree be a reminder: no matter your circumstances, you are someone Jesus sees. You are never invisible to Him.
About the Beneficiary
St. Matthew's House is a Christian non-profit that supports people in crisis of food insecurity, homelessness, or addiction while showing them the love of Christ.
